Jerusalem: City of Faith
Jerusalem: Dome of the Rock: The second most important place of pilgrimage for Muslims, it is centred on the highest point of the Haram al- Sharif, or Temple Mount, on the place where the Temple of Soloman may have stood. It is built as a shrine for the 'Holy Rock' from which the Prophet Muhammad is thought to have been taken up into heaven.
